The only good union employee is one at Starbucks
only good manager is a laid off manager
"Wait until you see the fine print around sick time, medical benefits and job security…..the union has completely given into the company."
You expect job security? Seriously....what color is the sky in your world???

COLA (Cost of living adjustment) 2022 = 5.2%, 2023. = 8.7%, 2024 = 3.2%, 2025 =2.8%. The new CWA negotiated contract does not keep up with the cost of living. But it is better than nothing.
What about retroactive pay on the wage increase? If we don’t get it then, our first raise is only a little over 2% this year because, it will be close to 6 months by the time the contract is ratified, signed and goes into effect.
Another union contract riddled with concessions, nice job.
No COLA in the TA so, if Harris wins, inflation will continue and possibly worsen. We are going backwards, DTV and mobility contracts got COLA, why didn’t core?
