Signed 100 million lasts year and told I wasn’t a team player. BS, I was a team player as I couldn’t do that alone by any stretch. The team was awesome. The AVP was clueless and thought she has a great vision for the sales center. I am so glad I left and BTW got a package as well. Starbucks fire CEO after two bad quarters, why isn’t the BOE asking for Stankey to leave as well.
HR here. Our skill assessment tool indicates that we are retaining only the most brilliant minds. For example, John Stankey is here and he has only cost us roughly $80B dollars of additional debt and we pay him $22M a year. That’s a steal at only $3.6B of debt in per million we pay him. Back to work. Gotta tighten the belt as John is digging a deeper whole with his underground lead cable fumbling.
that's T's culture, to push talent out
And what do you think will happen when or if the only people who are left are the “top performers” you Union folk or boomers make fun of?
What do you think will happen to your T stock you’re still holding as more security breaches happen, and outages occur?
Are you sure you’re rooting for the right side?
This is a real question.
I wasn’t laid off, I declined to move for a sham situation invented by incompetent people.
- The top performer
All the top performers have already been laid off. Just ask them.
“ Nah you are all still here because of LOFT…. Lack Of Effing Talent…”
We are happy to have you!!
“Nah you are all still here because of LOFT…. Lack Of Effing Talent…”
Let’s assume you’re correct, and that the only people left are those with no talent, what does that say about the current strategy and the future of the company?
“ Oooooorrrrr those that are staying have invested years into this company and have large pensions in play.”
Nah you are all still here because of LOFT…. Lack Of Effing Talent…
Many are not leaving, they are being left by the company. A lot of talent is not in Dallas and will find good jobs elsewhere, and I am not referring to myself. I am one of those close to retirement so I will hang on as long as I can.
Oooooorrrrr those that are staying have invested years into this company and have large pensions in play.
surely the top performers all stayed
The real question is, Why would someone that’s talented stay?
That means those still on the payroll have no talent. And they will cry that they are not getting their way.
