Unionizing is legal and a protected activity. We are allowed to do it and will continue to do so. Wells Fargo says we have a voice, well we do not and that is apparent. The union does not speak on our behalf because once we organize “we” the Wells Fargo employees are the voice. We decide what goes into our contract. This is not an outside party. We would be the union. Don’t forget that.

lol, no UBI scheme would ever work. Inflation would constantly eat so much buying power that it would be hopeless to even try to keep up with any kind of increase regimen. If ubi is your backup plan I suggest you go back to the drawing board.

I'd rather chart my own course and destiny than have a union do it for me.

We are unionizing because we are treated like sh-t in the branches and underpaid af on top of that. They hire the grossest, ugliest people they can find to meet dei mandates and the work ethic of these individuals su-ks. I dare you to disagree and state your argument. Girl bye.

Yeah, I wouldn’t do anything. I had a chair thrown at me, went to HR, and I got laid off so there’s that.

This bank has us totally tied down, you better tell us if you’re trading stocks you better tell us if you’re getting an extra job and if anybody in your realm work's here.

It’s abhorrent.

Let me live life, okay?

I might have to look into the legal ease on all of this, cause it’s getting kind of crazy.

Just wait until AI replaces you and you're forced to take UBI and live in poverty.

I don't want a pay cut. My performance, and thus my pay, have been above average. I don't want average. The best the union can hope for is average increases.

Yes, unions have their cons as well, but Wells leadership has proven they do not do what is best for their employees and as a result we need to organize. I support this effort 100%

No one is stupid for joining a union. I have already started the process myself. We are unionizing our department. I guess sitting and waiting would be better. Do nothing and just wait! Now that sounds stupid to me! Visit the Committee for Better Banks.Org for info on how to unionize your department.
