I can't pretend that I care anymore.
The cycle is "do an LR, refocus the team's goals, meet or exceed those goals, get hit with another LR, try to figure out how to do more with less, refocus the team's goals, meet or exceed those goals, get hit with another LR"... on and on forever.
Our teams can't focus on goals if they are worried about getting let go every 6 months.
And they do hit a goal, what does it matter anyway? There is no incentive.
I am burned entirely out. I am tired of watching my back AND doing a great job.
Figure out how to run a business, would you Chuck? Enough already.
