Intel's arrogance over the past 20 years has been astounding. Suppliers run from them because the cost of doing business is too high and margins to low. Instead of all the focus on ESG, DEI and chasing social justice while the house is on fire, is just insane!!! Focus on being a business and execution and there may still be a chance.
Bigger than that, long tenured managers need to eat at the trough of humility because Intel is far from the company that you did not help build but sure love to use as a stick to beat everyone around you!
