What a bleeping joke. You're going to send an email (and all of these clowns basically sent the same one) --basically blaming the 99.5% of people that have nothing to do with data breaches and network outages for causing said problems---telling them essentially not to expect much or anything at all next year for bonus. And in the same email you're going to talk about the culture here.

So disconnected and so out of touch.

WE WANT LEADERS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR BUSINESS UNIT'S FAILURES.

The problem is that Stankey and his minions also don't care. They like the pay and the trappings of power. It's just a shame those pesky subscribers keep wanting the service they were promised. But don't worry Stankey you are shedding customers even faster than employees. Keep up the good work.

The culture is for the newbies they pay half as much as they pay you. The idea being make it fun, exciting and full employee socials at HQ. Meanwhile they pay those employees a lot less than they would for people with knowledge.
Once the company wants to get rid of them, they surplus them and find another half priced employee to join the fun. Wash, rinse and repeat.
It really is that simple.

Seriously, does anyone give two-sh--s about this company anymore? With emails like that, it just shows how out of touch they are with reality. Not one person that works for this company, junior nor senior, would recommend AT&T as a good place to work. The boot lickers, HR personnel and Senior Management people who troll this website will undoubtedly post a comment saying, "Leave if you don't like it," is just further proof that they are implosion deniers. Need I say more than "Where's the survey results"?

I mean if the "culture transformation" he's talking about is making everyone move to one of two overcrowded and polluted cities and fighting traffic for two hours to & from the office five days a week where they answer emails from employees in India...they're definitely making progress.

HR here. Our Leading with Distinction campaign was a huge success. Many airline tickets, hotel rooms, and breakfast buffets were undertaken, webcasts were produced and PDFs were distributed. There is no measurement of following up with frontline teams, but let me assure you that anecdotal reports are coming in and employees love connecting customers and are willing to physically uproot their lives and move to an overpriced city with horrible schools and no rights for women’s health in order to provide our customers to successfully connect to work and entertainment in the place they live. Keep up the transformative momentum, we are paying twice as much next year for even more PDFs and events for L3 to attend. Back to work…
