The OCC feels the target should not be more than 70% offshore. Anything close to that will set off bells.

Not sure of specific numbers but there is and has been a push from the Head of IT to push ALL non-critical jobs to India.

This has been happening the last years. Last count, we have something like 8,000 people in India.

Wells is about 25%. Others are around 40-60%
