Just curious if anyone feels the same way. Is the bank eventually looking to get rid of Merrill Edge? The processes and procedures seem so archaic. And then they have replaced so many licensed associates with unlicensed contractors. If you call on the weekend or at night you can't get the same knowledgeable associates you used to reach.
