Lot of Sr. leaders meeting and major bold steps are planned. It is lot more than agile.

I can think of one group lead specifically. All she does is post on teams.
Maybe they should hire product leads with actual product owner experience, not inept engineers promoted into the role that don't understand product, product design, or product strategy.
To show CL and GCL add value they are coining new term cofounder model where CL is exactly accountable for same thing as SL .
I love when chapter leaders and group leads act like they’re so busy and important by “being in meetings all day” when it’s universally known they add zero or negative value. We need to do away with this chapter bs.
Then they blame the workers when things don't go well or say we're not productive.
Basically to make leadership seem like they’re doing something by joining in these highly collaborative synergizing all hands on deck agile calls where they circle back with each other for eternity. Aka nothing.

Senior leadership has no idea what they are doing. They make decisions and then realize they messed up or failed to account for a very clear probability. then they run around trying to prevent/mitigate the damage they could've seen of they just opened their eyes
Sounds like panic in the streets disguised as senior management meetings.
