Revenue shrinking with no new products and Services, getting LR ready

While Sales struggling with integrating Splunk to gain any up tick in revenue. Major changes expected to straighten this ship if it could be accomplished. This is a do or perish moment for once a highest valued company in its glory days. Cisco story is written now with huge shake ups ahead.

Nothing a few more Powerpoints and consultants can't fix.

“I think the pace of AI is going to force us to make every business decision faster. We’re going to have to make people decisions faster. We, much like our partners, have to pick up the pace to keep up.” — Cisco CEO

Expect a massive uptick in hand waving. Jeff S was the best at that. Wonder what he’s up to these days?

"It is too late for Cisco. Even firing CR will not help this sinking ship."

What is Cisco? It's just a corporation that owns a bunch of switching & routing patents obtained from acquisitions. The company sells & markets legacy network equipment that was obtained through acquisitions.

Cisco never transitioned into software, cloud, security, or AI. Revenue & profits are obtained from switches/routers patented in 1997.

[Internally it takes too long to do anything at Cisco. No one wants to work with each other. I am at peace knowing it is a sinking ship.]

In some organizations most top priority projects fail after years of wasting time due to weak leadership and constant leadership changes. Directors and above at Cisco have learned how to play the game to survive at Cisco as long as possible to collect salary and compensation. All they do is to play politics, fire talent, backstab others and so on.
It is too late for Cisco. Even firing CR will not help this sinking ship.
