Leadership leaving..hm

The amount of leadership that has left in the past few months has been kind of concerning. Not sure if this is a sign to start updating my resume or what? I’m just curious that AVPs have been hired and leave left and right. Something doesn’t seem right.

A layer of unneeded bureaucracy. Hopefully they have enough volunteers to fill their number. As has been reported many times over the decades, the communication industry has too many layers of management, like the govt. They have continued to operate like the old monopoly days, they already have thinned the bargained labor force.

AVP's really only have someone do metric spreadsheets with modified results anyways. Won't be missed.

If they hired in as AVPs they didn't have the right connections to stay. They were brought in to be blamed or surplused to save one of the nepo baby AVPs.

Company falling apart.
Boomer stock holders like it cause stock market number go up, insiders know it’s bad and are selling/jumping ship.

Short term gain, for long term loss.

Stankey will ride the short term wave, cash out the options, sell the stock and bounce on a golden parachute.

Long term holder patsies will be left holding the bag as T pulls a Boeing.

If you haven’t updated your resume, your 24 months behind everyone else.

Some may not want to move across the country.

It’s always a good idea to have the resume updated especially with Toxic T!
