9 souls in WIM were let go Tuesday. They were Agile coaches and honestly people I never thought would be let go. The manager and his team members were all let go. They were 3-4 levels below TK in the organization and were from all over the US.

This isn’t strategy. It’s mental cruelty. Shart received a raise of 18.4% and shouted “let them eat cake” (for one week…limit one slice per person while supplies last), cranked the chainsaw and dealt with the poors.
If CSBB W-S folks were laid off without first being offered a relo, this definitely goes against what SVB has said repeatedly in AMAs and town halls. Not that I'm surprised. But there is plenty of video evidence of him saying that all CSBB employees would be offered relo first.

There is a group on the East Coast that hates us hard working mid-westerners. Their ethics are shady at best so having people with good ethics isn't good for them. They will always hate on us.
