There is no package for Union members being offered until late 2025, maybe 2026.
1101 has fallen apart since they combined with 1105. Here, we see the manipulation these reps have endured for ages. Now it’s infecting the techs. 1101 was a proud union before they came.

A lot of our hiring has been done. They sprinkled techs all across the footprint, no giant crew additions. We’ve had essentially no work for over a year and our region still has pretty steady residential growth with rural broadband build too.
They can only offer it after they are done hiring.
idk, hearing some rumors. why pay techs another year or two and then offer a package?
work is slower than EVER . offer a decent amount of cash and some will leave now. offer a 3 and 3 and some cash and many will leave now. Or pay salary ,vacation, sick days and holidays for the next 2 years, what's the point ??
