Intel extremely underpays employee compared to Qualcomm, AMD, don’t want to name NVIDIA, Marvell, Lam research, Micron, etc

NVDA is a notorious cheapskate. Anyone working for NVDA longer than 10 years is likely an Intel reject who settled for a job, any job when they did not clear Intel interviews.
Intel pays well……every company is going to have a few people that leave for big raises. Employees at all of these other companies are probably telling there HR that intel is paying more than them. :)
what makes you think any of those other companies pay well
micron for example is a cheapskate
it hires its bad interns dirt cheap and brings over foreigners and pays them squat and then has massive layoffs every few years that somehow keeps all its cr-ppy upper management
i think at qualcomm the workers moonlight as real estate agents
If you add up how many hours I actually work for Intel, I'm way overpaid.

Company under pay employees = stealing employee wages
Employees think extreme under pay ====> criminal companies that need to be investigated from force labors.
That is the main reason it keeps failing to deliver anything on time and quality. Only id--t and lazy people left to collect pay checks.
Exactly if your not happy with your compensation leave find another job, but don’t whinge about it like a baby
Intel recruits based on nepotism , not merit . No other company has so many husband and wife working same place
