Question for people here..If you're moved into a so called "center of excellence" is that where you go to die? I was put into one of these. I have other job opportunities outside, but would lose my package.

Coe good news if you want to stay. Makes you safer for now.
My take is you went to be in a COE. They established it for a reason. And most COEs pretty much don’t do Jack sh@t besides get in the way and pontificate
Coe are a layoff trap imo.
Go now. Package may never come… this company will bring you cancer before they’d offer a package!
