FSA - USE it now!

Use up your total committed to FSA $$ for the year before you are off payroll. Even if it is more than you put in, your employer or ex-employer can not come back on you for the amount you have not paid into the plan yet! Just make sure your reimbursement requests are in before you are off payroll. Hope this helps.

Also make certain you stop any optional pretax payroll deduction benefits use any funds left as part of Commuter Benefits! I loss a substantial amount post post COVID retirement in 2021.
