Is it me or does every yr bring worse and worse headcount. Next to no skills, no banking exp, and no work effort. Worse there's zero creatime talent here for big breakthroughs, it's like a bunch of washed up golden oldies and people offshore.

They’re called “Diversity Hires”. We don’t interview them, we don’t participate in the hiring of them in any way. They simply show up and we’re told that they’re now in our group.
Typically they have zero skills, and they never last a full week.

Creativity does not exist when there is an overwhelming amount of processes.
There use to be islands of creative talent at WF. A lot out of SF. Those are all gone.
Execs are responsible for such a bleak and intolerable work environment that everyone is washed up whether they realize it or not.
No quality individual would join or remain with WF. Those individuals understand that WF is a poorly run organization and has numerous regulatory issues. Knowledgeable clients know this as well. WF is like the fall of Rome or San Francisco at this stage.
