Why can’t Sam’s have an HR department any more? Walmart has them! When needing answers and management doesn’t know…..????!!! Very frustrating!!!!

Answers are at your fingertips. You spend half your life on a phone looking at social media so carve out a few minutes to find answers to your work questions while on the clock. No reason for someone to lead you to water when it’s right in front of you everyday.
Some Walmarts have more than 1 per store !

Same reason there is no more Audit Team. Because you have to pay them.
Well if Walmart has it than call theirs. Your paycheck says ‘Walmart’ anyway.
