The results of that outsourced culture survey are not likely to be shared. Evidently, they are being reviewed at the highest levels and haven't even trickled down as far as the VP level... one might assume that the results were decidedly negative and will never be released.

On a call last week, they stated that the normal annual survey would be delivered in the fall.

We’ll never see them. Tossed into the abyss.

you can't expect quality when the priority is trivial stuff, just look at the data leaks and service disruptions

"working extra hours and weekends"

As is well documented by the ex-Warner execs, Stankey doesn't want to be bothered out of hours. Why should anyone else?

“our priorities are not focused on performance, going the extra mile, working extra hours and weekends, helping others to be successful, or completing tasks.”
Only 1% of the current T employer base does this. Posting on the layoff site here doesn’t count as “working extra hours and weekends”.

Buying a legacy cable company when the undeniable strong trend is towards streaming. We all knew it especially anyone under 50 with kids knew. The lady that dumps the trash knew streaming was the future but Randall didn’t? Unbelievable.

the culture survey revealed that our priorities are not focused on performance, going the extra mile, working extra hours and weekends, helping others to be successful, or completing tasks. Instead, what truly matters is RTO the perfect culture for failure

Who cares about these stupid surveys? I never fill them out. They aren’t anonymous.

The survey results are already invalid since so many of the employees who filled them out are on their way out the door. New assessments will be issued in early 2026 once T’s new normal employee count is established.

I didn't submit one, but I'll just come out and say I would have given it a 0/10. Failure across the board.

WTF really cares? We all know the results belong in the toilet, so why the need to see what we already know!

The results are the sum of how you and your coworkers feel. We all know what the morale is at this company. Increased micro managing and fear tactics. I think they want us to be unhappy.

The same when you asked yesterday and a few days before that. No secret, it’s dismal and most employees are uninspired and quiet quitting. It all falls on this Randall and Stankey.
