Per usual, my local office is dead today just like every Friday.

Choy org is not going to 5 days a week, actually switching to virtual

To get on the special list, you have to write a formal letter to your VP

Choy org allows 3 days a week. Is the rumor true that it’s going to 5 soon?
If so, how do we get on the list of special people in the org who can work remotely?

Anyone have any info?

"Only one reason someone comes into an empty office: to snack on free food."

Are you eating food left in the refrigerator? Because, it is really rare for there to be anything free from AT&T. The only thing free in our office is coffee and tea, and that wasn't added until an executive was there and was mad he had to pay for Starbucks.

This is why termination notices typically go out on a Tuesday rather than a Monday. Leadership knows most employees don’t work on Mondays or Fridays.

The company need to trim the fat. Too many unneeded workers.

It’s must be nice to speak from an entitled position, ” Cool story, bro.” While over 100k employees have been fired in one form or the other.

Too think, over a decade ago these offices were full and the company doing so much better. Sad to have lost so many co-workers to incompetent leadership and no consequences.

Thanks for the update

Don’t need this thread every week

Is your purpose to point out to your boss we should all be required to go the same days into the office to enable collaboration?

When told to work three days a week in office, of course people take Friday and Monday to be home. And the people who want to avoid others work Friday

Let me save you the trouble. Next Friday will be empty too
