My local office is basically dead everyday, except for between the hours of 10am and 1pm.

Are you eating food left in the refrigerator? Because, it is really rare for there to be anything free from AT&T. The only thing free in our office is coffee and tea, and that wasn't added until an executive was there and was mad he had to pay for Starbucks.
I was in the office 5am to 1pm. Saw lots of people as well.

This is why termination notices typically go out on a Tuesday rather than a Monday. Leadership knows most employees don’t work on Mondays or Fridays.

Too think, over a decade ago these offices were full and the company doing so much better. Sad to have lost so many co-workers to incompetent leadership and no consequences.

Is your purpose to point out to your boss we should all be required to go the same days into the office to enable collaboration?
When told to work three days a week in office, of course people take Friday and Monday to be home. And the people who want to avoid others work Friday
