History of CPMs

So if the voluntary packages are being offered now, involuntary comes next?

What is the criteria for the involuntary CPM? I mean in an organization where the managers are inefficient who even makes the decision of removing them?

The involuntary CPM criteria is mostly DEI checkboxes. The fewer you can check, the less secure you are.

In the old days it was you latest, or maybe several, historical stock level awards. Or a skills assessment. But now, who TF knows.

How popular are these voluntary separation programs? Are people leaving in droves or one here and one there?
