It sounds like you got swindled into thinking you need to be working 24/7/365 to get anywhere in life...as opposed to figuring out which projects and tasks are high-impact/high-visibility, understanding the project timeliness and acting accordingly..

I get to work at 9, take lunch from 11 to 1:30, then leave for the day if no one is looking for me.
I saw lots of women doing this taking care if their kids. I figured intel treated men and women the same.
Avoiding (Intel) work over the weekend can help you perform better on Monday
You agreed to the terms of your employment when you accepted the job. Live up to your end of the deal or leave. Your decision speaks volumes about your character and lack of ethics. The company is doing poorly why would compensation increase. Management makes bad decisions but the employees aren’t executing well either

I'll never understand these posts. You accepted your pay. If you don't like it, you can always find a higher paying job.
