Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Just to make it clear for some

On Friday, my colleagues and I discussed how Intel underpays in every aspect: base pay, bonuses, and stocks. Consequently, we've decided not to work after 4:30 pm or over weekends in any capacity. If you need assistance with your project, please feel free to contact Pat Gelsinger directly.

Best regards,
Unhappy Employees

The only people left are low integrity l-wlifes that don’t want to give 100%.

I’m out y’all.

To the low integrity losers - good luck with that attitude when you get laid off.

It sounds like you got swindled into thinking you need to be working 24/7/365 to get anywhere in life...as opposed to figuring out which projects and tasks are high-impact/high-visibility, understanding the project timeliness and acting accordingly..

@1sx You are proud of this? My guess is that you have been a sl-g your entire life. Do you steal in other ways too?

Jesus man, you've been working past 4:30?
I get to work at 9, take lunch from 11 to 1:30, then leave for the day if no one is looking for me.
I saw lots of women doing this taking care if their kids. I figured intel treated men and women the same.

Avoiding (Intel) work over the weekend can help you perform better on Monday

You agreed to the terms of your employment when you accepted the job. Live up to your end of the deal or leave. Your decision speaks volumes about your character and lack of ethics. The company is doing poorly why would compensation increase. Management makes bad decisions but the employees aren’t executing well either

Reason #423323 that Intel will never be great again. People like OP.

Looks like the OP is ensuring that he and his little band of fools will be on the next list of involuntary layoffs.

Be careful what you wish for. Now is a very bad time to be out of a job.

I'll never understand these posts. You accepted your pay. If you don't like it, you can always find a higher paying job.
