I've always thought that AM probably isn't easy to get along with and that's why people leave if they have to work with him.
I was in GTM operations and was part of layoffs on 6/25. Allegedly my job duties will be sent to an existing team in a cheaper market.
Assuming that Winston was selected as a specialty hub because Heather sat there. I wonder what will happen now .
Hating white men is the institutionalized bigotry of the 21st Century. People are proud to proclaim it publicly and do so routinely. It's the only group where it's unacceptable to be "proud" of what you are.
Personally I think it's nonsense to be proud of a skin color. Not like it's an accomplishment, and pride is an insidious force with many negative ramifications and few benefits. Humility is a virtue.
OP here, thanks for the update. I didn't know and find that odd since AW is married to a Caucasian woman. This plantation has odd dynamics and it'll be interesting to see the rest of the org chart changes shake out. When will things be settled? (I know, who really knows? Just felt good to ask)
Paul Camp was driven out since Ather hates white guys (this is well-known and he's only hired women and minorities to his LT since taking over). HM left b/c she didn't want to be part of the ha--m. Just another day on the SDI-GTM plantation.
No. Once again there is not some conspiracy or coverup: you just aren't good at interpreting reality.
There will be a reorg soon with some business lines coming together. This is all in preparation for that. If you are in an operational role you’d be fine.
