I really don’t know how to do this? I am one of the “lucky” still here and report to someone in a higher role, but I have zero drive to do anything to assist.
I have lost my dedication to the company , unfortunately the RIF is showing my teams true colors, how is everyone getting by day to day still working in these conditions?

This isn’t meant to be a snarky comment, if you’re mentally not doing well stop looking at this site. I only started to look again recently because of the recent RIF, and not looking for months does wonders for your mental health.
This company does need to figure out some way for people to feel invested again. Unfortunately the rumors I’m hearing will probably lead to more disengagement.
