Yeah don’t flatter yourself. “Leaders” do not care one iota about what is said on this site, despite whatever conspiracy the paranoids here concoct about efforts to silence them or whatever.
And @2pvp is right. Anyone perusing here would come away with the impression that the only employees of the firm are a handful of boomer rwnj cranks posting awful attempts at humor in the middle of the night.
There’s definitely self-selection bias though. Employees who are unhappy are much more likely to post on a forum like this, and also someone who checks this site regularly will probably have their overall outlook toward the bank dampened more than it would be if they never did. Not saying that morale isn’t bad, or that people on here don’t have legitimate gripes. But even if they employee survey got an actual honest look at the mindset of the average WFC employee, it would almost certainly not be quite as bad as the average regular on this site.

Leaders (as such) have nothing to lead, no strategy to put humpty dumpy back together again (never mind heave him back over the wall), and should be wondering what, exactly, they preside over as they distract themselves with the cloudy palantir here that is layoff.com.
Every employee could hit this site from a work IP and Wells Fargo could not care less. This is a garbage rumor mill site with the occasional smattering of truth. Neither of which has any true impact on business operations or reputation because this is an anonymous site.

they get reports based on your ip that you use from your RSA or laptop at least that is the only way I know of , they monitor and get reports. I've seen them pop up on managers screen share. I don't care if they know . Use a vpn if you want - this place is done and they know it

I doubt these clowns know how to even use a browser. Maybe an assistant reads the site and cuts/pastes some comments. I doubt it. They don't care what we think because we don't matter. Their plan is to eliminate all of us, and who cares what former employees think?
