The McKinsey implementation of the Platform Operating Model is choatic, unorganised and is only creating more strain on the firm. Led by megomaniacs from McKinsey who have promised Robin 10% headcount reduction as part of the transformation. Run while you can, much more disruption coming.

What a hoot. My department has been short staffed and downsizing for yEARs and the bank is hiring agile coaches to watch us
Oh, I know… it’s easier to whine

Says the guy (42) on here that no longer works here day after day thread after thread whining while he should be working.
Why not advance your career to a management role so that you can call the shots?

Accidentally or on purpose...Robin pressed the self-destruct button.
Are we actually focusing on generating revenue or distracting ourselves with agile when other banks are moving away back to tried and trusted project management practices?
MCK just regurgitates a cookie cutter theory that has never panned out. Funny how everything is a 10% reduction in people opportunity. Nothing about getting cost saves out of processes. Nothing about how things will work after the 10% is gone. Maybe the powers to be, should make McK have a stake in this game and not get paid until all magical goals are accomplished without losing a customer, lawsuit, and tangible cost of processing not including people has been achieved. You know MCK will never agree to being held accountable. These so called MBA wh-z kids are mo--ns who could not cut it in the real working world .
@lyk. Snooty lady. Management is blind for hiring her!!
Unethical Mckinsey hacks responsible for getting Oxycontin approved while under contract simultaneously with Perdue Pharma and the FDA. No business experience and no morals. They will soon be able to add BNY to their resume of corporations they have destroyed.
Even if it does not work, we will reduce headcount by 10% so no worries.
They are called Mellon heads.
Hearing a McKinsey person talk about agile theoretically makes me want to 🤮 Kathryn is out of touch
U.K. Employees trashing McKinsey.
Priceless.
Nobody in the U.K. has any business talking down McKinsey. We get nothing out of the U.K. except high expense and mediocre results.
Anything Mckensey touches, turns to cr-p! One of the most overrated organizations around!
Expected when you take advice from people who’ve never run businesses. Blind advising the blind
Another McKinsey maniac Kathryn Kuhn wrecking havoc in an already fragile environment not knowing or making an attempt to understand the business we are in. Anyone who thinks we will deliver stuff faster or quicker with this kind of leadership is smoking something
