Worst job ever

Bust your butt only to Get yelled at by your DM. Get yelled at by stores for all the product forced in by your company. I'd rather work at burger king.

All of you guys are on point. This company went down the wrong path and it turned them into a horrible company in fact I’ll agree with anyone who says this the worst job ever. For me it went from the more tolerable of most of the jobs I had to being the worst job I ever had in just a matter of change this company brought upon us. I was a FTOW and had to step off this role because of the stress it created not only on the job but outside of it as well. I’m having difficulty adjusting to my new job because I’m still overcoming all the he-l I went through with this job. And it’s everything all of you guys said in this post and other posts all of it pertains to me no need for me to explain it’s nothing that hasn’t already been said. It got to the point where I stopped doing a lot of the things I liked and stopped talking to a lot of people because I was just so down not just from the workload but from being talked down to by the company because in their eyes your not right either way.

Anyone else keep getting loaded up on like 3 to 4 orders to work atleast 300+ cases, 2 backstock stores and other order writes. Like 6 order writes and bosses wonder why you can't even get it all done?...not to mention travel time. It's laughable, put upper management out in the field and see how they like all this. All the product bieng added onto orders and getting yelled at by all the stores on top of the stress that all those stores create.

Most all of us do our job. The freaking backstock, huge orders, is the problem.
They know it, but won't fix it.
How lame is that!?
