Got so many emails recently about survey results. As expected, it looks so awful. The worst one out of so many seems to be Intel has an outstanding future...LOL
Still, all managers were trying their best to put a positive spin on this shameful results.

When it’s good, executives take the credit. If it’s bad, first line managers get the blame.
Nearly everyone in my team didn't bother to take the survey. They know it won't matter.
How did CCG do this quarter?
Intel will be fine. Pat's lousy performance over the years was due to a cold and jet lag. He's feeling better now.
Why spin it at all?
Doesn't that go against the truth and transparency pledge all management took?
DCAI results are disaster. They even delay posing them
