AT&T should grow revenue by getting into streaming. That's the future.
Revenue is down YoY because mobile and internet is a fad. Not really a long term thing.
The first 5 year exclusive deal with Apple was a disaster. Glenn Lurie inked a deal to sell a $650 iPhone for $99 at a time when unlimited Data was $30/mo. AT&T lost billions in equipment subsidies. Apple got rich. I swear that AT&T leadership is the worst leadership in the universe.
There was never a plan for growth. Stankey only plans for cuts. He does not know how to grow a business in a competitive environment. That is why revenue is down YoY eventhough we spent $20B+ in capex to expand our network.
