Been at IBM for three years now. It’s obvious it’s in maintenance mode with tendencies towards downward spiraling. In other words, none of us have a future here worth staying. I will stay for another three to four months while actively looking for employment elsewhere. Don’t stay here longer than you absolutely have to.

There is a reason why its known as "Indian Bowel Movement"...
There is no future for young people at IBM. Most new hires (young) leave the company after 2-4 years.
If you're a new US based white boy or gal in the IBM F&O, Consulting or Sales they will not boot you out, unless you do something wrong.
Everyone else in the US will be shown the door on some pretext of the other inside 3 years. It's not quite DEI as the IBM management says it is. But it's all about rearranging the deckchairs on the sinking Titanic.
