It was CR that hired MM and let her ruin the post-sales business. Absolutely nothing she did made sense from a customer delivery perspective. She never took the time to understand the services business and just tried to implement the SFDC model. After that and when she didn't deliver any results she got promoted to COO to extend her reign of ruin.
In parallel the sales side doesn't have any market leading solutions to bring to customers. Who's fault is that?

Liz is in an unenviable solution of needed to restructure that org to deliver whats our customers need - and do it profitably in an org that is bleeding money.
I hope she can do it.
