Take rate won't be official until end July when all the decisions are final. Then it's subject to change based on leadership denying requests. Don't forget that execs are now part of this. It's not the number of people, but the affect against the budget that is a driving factor....

If you take the VSP and survive, the odds are good you'll get cut before March 2025. The problem scenario is whether or not you risk not taking the VSP, and if the RIF happens, being left out of the lucrative buyout offer the rest of the volunteers received.

It's lower than the target they are looking for. Now people are being budgeted to take it. If they don't hit the number they need through the volunteer process, a RIF will happen later this year.
