It’s not about us “knowing how to make things work”. The guy’s a garbage human being, too busy trying to be the cool teacher by swearing and playing actor/comedian in mo--nic self-indulgent town halls to do anything worthwhile, like treating employees with literally any respect and empathy at all. I’ve been teaching my kids that it doesn’t matter if you know how to do the job. What’s more important is to learn how to talk about it. Most of the time I am in meeting and I hear my peers and for a second I am impressed about the BS that comes out of their mouth alll these unnecessary fancy words.
