Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

RTO HOU Mon JUL 8th

I heard collaboration was more important, and we should have driven in this morning? Poor rig workers can't stay at home 😭. But also they told me, safety is their number one priority, but I better be in the office.

Wow, CVX employees sure have a lot of time to whine and complain online and make up fake stories all day. Yet they all say there's no way they can get all that done in the office. 😭😭😭

@9yii. umm, mommy and daddies basement comments, why would that idea be in your head? A bit of projection perhaps? No one's responsible for YOUR incompetence but you. No need to deflect.

@8vwb+1tpKyTnR - There's even more. I discussed filing a complaint against A.S. and S.D. several times with my HR rep R.M. ON one occasion he stated that these two individuals had numerous complaints filed against them and their supervisor D.M. quashed the complaints to protect not only them but himself. By Chevron policy how can a manager quash harassment complaints made by subordinates against their supervisor? Do you need and MOC for that? Chevron managers aren't required to abide by corporate policies and procedures? Ever wonder why moral is so low in Chevron at this point in time?

@8zno+1tpKyTnR - Obviously someone who skates by with little to no production to show for it. Break away from mommy and daddy's basement and join the real world.

@7jyd+1tpKyTnR - What part is made up? Were you a witness? Have you ever worked in MCBU in the field? Do you have a magic ball that sees all? Do you have you head up someones _____? Do you have nothi better to do than troll this website? I've given you the names you can contact them directly if you want. If you don't believe it how about contacting Chevron attorney D.C. who started the investigation stating they took complaints seriously and would follow Chevron policies and procedures with a impartial investigation. Once witnesses were contacted and the complaint verified D.C. labeled the investigation as confidential and attorney work product in anticipation of a lawsuit. You can even contact HR rep R.M. who the complaint was sent to before sending to D.C.

Must be horrible to be so pathetic and have so much idle time that you need to generate fake news online to seek vengeance against someone you don't like because they make way more than you and have a better, more productive position and are thus much more important and valuable than you. But keep it up, it's hilarious.

The superintendents responsible for efficiency before safety are A.S. and S.D. The brought the concept to MCBU from the failed business unit AMBU. They stated that efficiency before safety is what allowed the buniness unit to stay afloat as long as it did.

Some even lost their job for believing safety and not efficiency was their top priority.

Safety is not the number one priority of rig workers, efficiency is, just ask the MCBU superintendents. You will get demoted for thinking safety is top priority.

Most of our over cost in wells delivery is directly related to the "Rig" workers.

Good thing the β€œRig” workers don’t stay home. The company wouldn’t need you to work at all. We have it good with the hybrid. Su-k it up and do what you’re paid to do.
