401k during displacement

Curious, if you get laid off. Will Wells still match up to 6% during your notice/ severance period? Will benefits still be applied during this time or do they stop and if so at what point?

Why do people respond to these foolish posts with actual information? Make these scrubs go read the handbook if they are even real people.

If you are asking if matching happens more frequently than once a year, you obviously do not work here.

You can only contribute during your notice period. And your notice period has to end on or after 12/15 to get the match.

Based on the handbook, only team members employed through December 15th receive the 401k match. If you were let go on October 15th, 2024, the WARN would end on December 14th, therefore not giving you the match.

During the 60 WARN Act period yes. After that no, you can’t even contribute to it. Look at the info in the handbook.
