How is merchant services lob in WF? In terms of leadership, work life balance , tech stack, promotion etc. compare to other departments

The whole dump is a shtshow. Get out if you can.
The leadership lacks dynamism but it is a growth area with a great product set. Promotions take too long but the team is great.
It’s pretty awful honestly. I supported their risk and compliance requirements years ago and it’s a mess.
Never heard of it.
