It’s not on the ‘latest notice’ , it’s on the one from June.
I worked in San Ramon and was given only 2 weeks notice. I don’t believe there is any state law that exists today that states you must give 60 days notice. Perhaps it was that way years ago.

Click on Listing on Warn Notices
Then look for "Latest Warn Report." It's an excel spreadsheet.
This is inaccurate and misleading. The CA WARN act has all sorts of provisions about the size of the layoff and % of staff. Worked in San Ramon for years, and never saw the WARN act invoked, except when whole (bargained) call centers were being shut down.
T always does the numbers, claiming different business units or keeps the numbers below the threshold to avoid the WARN act.

Why previous CA surpluses they only got 2 weeks?
Why do you think AT&T is leaving CA? Cuz they require a 60 day notice.
What’s organizations are impacted?
Why these people get 60 days vs 2 weeks?
"Why is T not on the Texas Warn Act website? "
Probably because employment law in Texas favors businesses & not employees.
Companies move to Texas because it's easier to abuse workers there, well, that & low taxes.
Why is T not on the Texas Warn Act website?
There are regular layoffs going on in Texas ALL the time.
All employees have had over a year to prepare since the RTO initiative was announced. T has given more than enough notice.
Yep, these folks got 60 days of full pay to go look for another job. Amazing how well the company treats people when the government forces them to.
