FY Bonus

Lets start a poll. With a 25% mid year bonus and our numbers still absolutely cr-p, what does everyone thing our CPF will be for the end of the year? I am projecting 70%

No bonus this year except if you're ELT. ELT members who repeated AI more than 1000 times during the past quarter get a multiplier.

My guess is roughly 75% with low raise budget. Smthe good news is this would still equate to a 50% year end bonus since the first half was just 25.

Q4 revenue and earnings will be solid but remember bonus is based on the beginning year plan which we will miss by 10%.

Unless earnings come out solid, bonus and CPF would be lower. Few years in past bonus has been below 100% yearly basis.

Managers further ding employees with a poor ICF, as if the money coming out of their azz, further lowering bonus payouts. We live in an interesting time.

Bonus is part of the total compensation. Without bonus then Cisco salary is way below the market average. Cutting bonus is equivalent to cutting the salary. It happened before with 25% mid-year bonus but the year end was back to 100%. However, this doesn’t mean that there won’t be LRs. Bonus is meant for those who survive the LR in order to maintain the morale.
