Woke up this morning to a random 20 minute conference call meeting invite with 50 other GTM people. HR is also on the invite, so I’m assuming this is it. I suppose I won’t be doing anything else for the next 4 hours.

My team had a "quick call" yesterday: we are getting yet another role title change.

I make a point to be very grateful for every paycheck.

I’m usually first one in the office. If i walk by a cube with stuff left in it, that stuff gets moved to the lunch room. Makes for great fun!

I was wondering the same thing. When it's my turn to be laid off I will not have to pack a box. They made us take home all of our personal belongings years ago. We are not allowed to have family pictures up or anything. Some people somehow still do anyway. Rebels I guess. Lol. 😆
So many possibilities... more offshore, no budget, failed platform transformations, failed SDI, customer impacts,,.

Sounds like one of the reorgs where they announce your jobs will be sent to India effective immediately.
Last one I know about happened the Wednesday after layoff Tuesday.
