Has the leisure rate gone up significantly for booking rental cars?

National Car Rental HW Leisure rates have gone up from around $30 to mid 40s. You can get a better rate through Cosctco.
When I last looked at the Enterprise corp codes the business and the leisure code where the same have they changed? I have not noticed the prices going up but probably due to Enterprise not wanting to honor the corp rate for anything other than business.
Another reason to change from Honeywell? I've always enjoyed getting my employer's rate from rental car companies for a personal rental. I've done it a bunch in years past.
