any vsp scoops or rumors out there

There will be a RIF post VSP. Sam’s email was clear about this. If you are an employee not coming back to the office, on any type of PIP or even a warning, giving your boss any static in any way you will be RIFed. The goal is 20-25% of all employees offered with highest in my IT group. Ask your director point blank if they were asked to do a rank and stack or if they were asked to name critical roles that Vz could not live without to keep the lights on.
Gents we are going private or a sale is a ‘comin!

100% biggest financial mistake I’ll make probably.
Best mental, emotional, and health decision though.
Rumor is unioners got left out in the cold again. No EISP for you!
100% take rate for this guy! FREEDOM.
might starve tho
@jad+1tt4K8NK, they have no idea what the take rate is because you don't have to click the button till end of next week. So it could be 100% for all anyone knows.
No.
It strange how quiet things are and it would help it they would talk about the direction the company is going and how your group will look after vsp so u can make a informed decision but u cant because no one is saying anything
Any vsp / RIF info on the wireless side? Very quiet over there
I spoke with HR senior Mgr. They report a low take rate thus far of just 5%. Expecting more to select it by next Friday. Target percentage is 18 to 22% across and 60% in IT. If not near target, RIF in 4Q.
If you volunteered, but change of heart, you can undo by July26
I hear there's one underway and that we have until the 19th to volunteer.
Nobody talks about it, you would think plans to train other people would be starting if your mgr knew you put in for it. It’s like a taboo subject.
No rumors, nothing goin on. Very quiet
