Honeywell has not been very successful selling off companies. They seem to get sued by the companies they sell off. Honeywell uses the companies that they sell to offload debt and liabilities. Buyer beware.

More likely 'streamline' the team, halt R&D and keep selling the legacy for as long as they can then finally sell off what remains. Standard protocol.

“Grow”…at Hon? They’re too risk adverse….plan will be to strip it and sell. Hon is not a technology company…. but rather a Bank…were they buy, strip it down and sell it off this is a proven banking model they use all the time.
