Permian field workers all got one.
I heard that the hourly employees received a raise but not anyone on salary. I’m not sure percentages. The only one I heard was 5 percent.
Depends on where you live. They do mid year raises in Argentina because of the crazy inflation and the fact that company pays its employees in local currency instead of USD
I heard your Mama received a big raise.
Expat adjustments are always down so....
I believe expats receive cost of living adjustments around June. That’s about it.
Some of the low to mid range field employees got raises around 8%- the higher paid guys didn’t.
Just a reminder this site is about ExxonMobil
Lol this is the funniest thing I've read in a while. Thanks for the laugh
The HiPos get raises twice a year. Even during COVID.
sure thing, I got that every month. I got a supervisor telling me how I can add value to the company constantly, that's like money in my pocket right?
If I was wearing XOM HR hat and was responding like they would, I would say, "Our salaries are comptetitive". It's okay that the benefits are deteriorating but our salaries our comp.
Executives might award each other raises but none for the workforce.
