Definitely no raise for them and good luck improving ranking next year

NI will be potentially given a raise, based on adjustments, curve etc.
NSI will never get any %
I think they do this to avoid charges of age discrimination. You get a raise but are not around long enough to benefit.
I got a sizable raise while NI in 2020. Like others have said, shows how much underpaid I was. But when this happens, expect zero raises for at least the next two years.
Last year NI 4.5%. Depends where you land on the curved, interesting.
They’re eligible, but realistically…
@fkk+1ttL8YZc No true! +10-15%
He-l people in O or E barely get raises.
Nope
I got a 4% raise when I was ranked NI one year. Then I found out it’s because I was significantly underpaid and at the bottom of the salary curve. I don’t know which one was worse - getting 0% raise or finding out that you have been sc--wed the whole time lol
Last year NSI 0%.
Save EM millions of dollars more than some of those HiPo id--ts that do not even know what their department does, and get zero because my Supervisor does not understand what our department does.
I was NI last year and got 0%. I will be gone before I get the same award end of this year.
nope - they are stingy, even with people who are good, excellent, etc.
Will depend on the year. My guess for this year is no.
