He was tracking how fast things were being moved to the cloud. That's the only metric they care about here.

Not that we don't already know that the Board of Directors is in lock-step with JS and won't do anything, however in a legitimate company the BOD would have demanded the replacement of Chris Sambar for the network outage in February, and we'd have already seen Legg replaced before this data breach was finally announced to the public.

Legg is nothing more than a "Yes Man" executive. He has no educational background in finance, management, or technology. To be the CTO of any company means he simply did what his boss asked him to do and meet numbers. He didn't care how his decisions impacted operations after he received his promotion to the next position. He followed the old management promotion policy of stay at a position for about a year, meet the performance numbers, and then leave. He probably can't even read a financial statement or even knows how a cellular communication systems work. Consider that he has been a CTO since he was at Turner. That means he has reached the top of his career and other companies are wise not to hire him. All he is doing now is "lame ducking" it until he can retire.

Don’t expect Legg’s resignation. He and his boss will stay and collect hefty compensation for all recent mishaps. Who will pay for this? Mostly L2, as they will be forced out the door. And watch 2nd QTR earning call. I bet T will again show that things are great here.

I agree but ugh this world needs to stop with the “prove me wrong!” or “change my mind!” statements, so freaking arrogant and annoying.

The Stank regime is the worst in corporate history. Decades of gross incompetence, idiocy, greed, arrogance. Paid million $$$$$$$$ to destroy the company
