Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Whatever

I came, I saw, I got laid off...
That will be many employee's story. Don't give them more than they are going to take from you....cuz no one is immune from the ax.

I can’t be laid off. I can be forced to retire. Bring it.

I am in mobility. I am more immune than some of you other less important workers.

Absolutely. You don’t believe it ? Ask ANY of the high performers that have been laid off in the past 2 years just because they didn’t live (in this current exercise) in the designated HUB. The HUBs change depending on what/where your specific organizations higher up leadership is. It is not only due to the initial corporate HUB designations.
Because corporate leadership figured out they couldn’t make this work with the original corporate HUBS that Stankey initially shared. Now we have id--tic HUBS and “spokes”. Next, it also depends on each organization and where their TOP leadership is located, so people can be located where their top organizational leadership is.
The top leadership and the way this is being rolled out is a barrel of monkeys.

Wise words. Those of us in our late 40’s early 50’s that have been here a while know the inevitable is coming.
