Do you really want that either? Our useless board won't get rid of anyone so if you get another loser, and the track record is that you will, that one could be around for a decade.

Chow was equally useless. Someone hyped her up to me one time, but all she was focused on at the end of her career was women in the workplace. Never mind helping to close deals.

Thank god!!! This guy did the Fiber fiber fiber show and leadership fell in line to focus on broadband - you know $150 circuits count the same as a $8500 100gig circuit. This leadership team lead by this Moran hopefully gets to have a voice going forward as they don’t with him. It was like a mother duck leading the chicks off the dock! Stand up and make your voice heard on the issues with support (lack their of), commissions plans being given out in June, that gives you six months to hit the target, but as far as annual reviews (at least for sales) your results will only be for Jan- Aug. (reminder you don’t get quota until June). What leadership team does this!!? They think their employees are id--ts, but they certainly are not! They care about the business, their customers and the others that are working their butts off. Not convinced anything will change but it MUST. I think they are going to miss on the results and that is what has hopefully kicked his butt out!!!
I think he left on his own terms. His replacement isn’t half the leader he was. I also think as Mcelfresh installs his own leadership team, it’s yet another sign JS will be exiting the business and JM will take over the reigns.
