Leads in the clubs should be paid hourly by length of service. It’s not fair for new leads making as much or more than 30 plus years of service. The company does not appreciate long term associates that has helped make the clubs successful.

Sounds like you want a union
Pay/benefits may be the same but I can guarantee they are saving on things like vacation or PTO or whatever they call it this week. Before I left I was getting around 7.5 weeks off. From what I hear at my old club I couldn't even use all my time now with all the black out dates. It's a joke
So if I'm new to this company but I have just as much experience as you do with previous employers, I don't deserve to get paid as much as you?
OP --->It’s not fair for new leads making as much or more than 30 plus years of service.
Another Post--- they want long timers out.... it keeps the payroll down, pto & benfits to a minimum.
Question-- If the new leads are making as much or more then how does it keep payroll and benefits down?
You are absolutely right!
not only is the company unappreciative of long term associates, they have a disdain for them. they want long timers out.... it keeps the payroll down, pto & benfits to a minimum.
corporate has gotten so greedy & arrogant that they think that all they have to do is send down instruction and any "jack" off the street can execute the plan. Home office suits are out of touch with reality.
I haven't been with the company but a few years. I've learned more from the people that have been around 10+ years than I have any member of management or from anything corporate has said.
TRUE FACT.
You seem to understand.
