Poland - still a growth location?

So I've heard that Poland is no longer considered a "growth location" due to increasing costs, site leaders incompetence and risk due to war in Ukraine. Anyone heard anything from Risk & Compliance?

Poland isn't as inexpensive as it was ten years ago. Then again, neither is India.

Let’s keep sending the work overseas although our proud tradition and every major client was built on US shores. Let’s also do that for absolutely no benefit to shareholders or clients. Labor costs, lower quality and quantity of work, and prohibitive workers rights regulations make the cost of doing business in many foreign countries not as cost favorable as the Csuite is trying to paint it to be.
